Canadian Angus Steak with wild Garlic Risotto – Video Course

Canadian Angus Steak with wild Garlic Risotto

When it comes to a Sunday rost, there is a perfect dish you can do in variations during Spring all the time.

Why spring? Because you only get the wild Garlic – or Bärlauch – only during this time. Here in the Black Forest, we’ll find it in many places at forest edges where it is damp and humid. But be carefull, as soon as the wild garlic starts blooking, you are not alowed to pick it of anymore: it gets poisonous then. Or you can buy it during Spring in well sorted supermarkets.

Remeber to write to me how you liked my dish! Enjoy your food!
